Sean is an experienced trial attorney and business counselor. He has defended corporate clients in many industries against products liability claims and class actions across the country, trying cases at the state and federal levels. Prior to joining Perez & Morris, Sean led the class action unit at Nationwide Insurance. Before that, he was a trial attorney at the international law firm of Jones Day.
Currently, Sean’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and trials, business counseling, and business transactions. Sean is a prolific writer, having authored over 20 articles in law reviews and journals. He is also a frequent speaker and presenter at legal conferences and seminars on a host of legal issues.
Sean graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1997, where he was an editor for the Law Review. Upon graduating law school, he clerked for now Federal Circuit Judge Kathleen O’Malley. In his spare time, Sean enjoys training for and competing in triathlons, including Ironman® events.
