Robert H. Nichols


Bob brings twenty years of litigation and trial experience to Perez Morris. His trial work includes disputes involving contracts, personal injury claims, product liability claims, insurance coverage, and other business disputes. With this background, he serves our clients in commercial litigation, personal injury defense, and trucking and financial industry litigation matters. Bob is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.


Prior to joining Perez Morris, Bob was a partner in a major Columbus law firm where he focused on commercial litigation and the defense of product liability and personal injury claims. Bob has served as lead trial counsel on numerous jury trials and obtained favorable results. Prior to becoming a lawyer Bob was a CPA for a national accounting firm.


Bob graduated from the University of Texas Law School with honors and obtained his BSBA from The Ohio State University. He is admitted to all Ohio Courts, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.


Bob is a member of the American Bar Association, Committees on Commercial Banking Litigation and Professional Liability Litigation, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Ohio Association of Trial Attorneys Product Liability Committee.


Bob and his wife, Dana, have two children and live in Worthington. Bob is active in the community.
