Rebecca Johnson concentrates her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation and construction matters, property and casualty litigation, general liability claims investigation and litigation, malpractice defense, and workers’ compensation matters. She is a trial lawyer with experience defending companies and individuals in general liability and complex litigation matters.
Rebecca has experience in all aspects of the litigation process from inception to disposition, including pleadings and discovery preparation, depositions, motion practice, case valuation, pretrial management, and trial. She is also experienced in pre-litigation investigations, alternative dispute resolutions, and negotiations. She regularly presents on emerging construction and general litigation issues impacting her clients.
Before becoming an attorney, Rebecca gained a decade of experience in business management, business practices, and corporate growth, development, and formation strategies.
