Kim Larkin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, primarily in various areas of tort liability including catastrophic loss, general negligence, motor vehicle liability and premises liability. She has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation from inception through trial in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining Perez Morris, Kim completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez, the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Previously, Kim worked for a large Philadelphia-area firm where she concentrated on insurance defense, defending clients against catastrophic losses, general negligence, product liability claims, and toxic torts. She was selected by her peers as a Philadelphia SuperLawyers Rising Star.
Kim received her undergraduate degree in business from The George Washington University, and her law degree from Villanova Law School. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Environmental Law Journal, and as a judicial intern for Chief Justice Russell M. Nigro of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Kim is licensed to practice in state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
