Julian obtained his law degree from the Akron University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Prior to that, Julian obtained a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University, where he graduated summa cum laude with majors in Economics and Political Science.
Before joining Perez & Morris in 2013, Julian served as corporate counsel for a major real estate development and management company and multiple affiliated entities, where he formulated, helped to negotiate, regulated and/or enforced a wide variety of commercial leases, business contracts and other agreements, including multi-million dollar deals. Julian possesses substantial knowledge and experience relating to leases and contracts of all sorts, shopping center law, landlord-tenant law, and real estate.
In addition, Julian is well versed in commercial litigation, employment law (including workplace policies and procedures, wrongful termination and unemployment), workers’ compensation, business formation and governance, and collections.
Julian is licensed to practice law in Ohio state courts and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and he is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Mahoning County Bar Association.
Julian and his wife Terri have a son and a daughter. He is fluent in both Romanian and Hebrew.
