Jennifer focuses her practice in insurance defense litigation, primarily in the areas of premises liability, automobile liability and trucking and aviation law. She also regularly sits as an arbitrator.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from the University of Delaware in 1991. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable G. Craig Lord in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Complex Litigation Division. She also studied law and government abroad in the Netherlands at the University of Leiden. After earning her Juris Doctor degree in 1994, she worked for several Philadelphia area firms, concentrating her practice in insurance defense litigation. She has litigated hundreds of cases in her career, has conducted continuing education seminars and has lectured in her areas of practice.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
