Gray Oxford is experienced in New York civil litigation. He defends high-exposure cases involving alleged premises, construction, elevator, New York State Labor Law, aviation-related litigation, insurance fraud investigation, asbestos and municipality claims. In addition to providing strong defense litigation strategies to his clients, he also writes on emerging aviation-related issues.
Prior to joining Perez Morris Hyde, Gray spent more than five years as lead counsel for cases at the trial and appellate levels. This included a published and favorable decision by the First Department, Appellate Division of New York, Dillon K. v. N. Blvd. 4818, LLC, 161 A.D.3d 664, 77 N.Y.S.3d 69 (N.Y. App. Div. 2018).
While in law school, Gray was an active member of the City University of New York School of Law Trial Practice Team competing in the nationwide American Bar Association trial competition.
Gray is a published fiction writer and studied musical theater at the Boston Conservatory of Music.
