Evelyn Sullen Smith Perez & Morris

Evelyn brings a wealth of experience to the firm, having engaged in complex multi-million dollar commercial transactions, labor and employment matters, and regulatory affairs across the supply chain, automotive and product manufacturing industries.  She will assist clients with commercial transactions, state and federal regulatory matters, and continue to grow the firm’s existing transportation and logistics practice.


Evelyn is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law and Michigan State University (B.S., Public Affairs Management). She served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Denise Page Hood of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  Prior to joining Perez & Morris, Evelyn was in-house counsel to Volkswagen Group of America, Mettler-Toledo International Inc., and DHL Supply Chain.


Evelyn sits on several non-profit boards, including the Columbus-Franklin County Finance Authority, the Center for Healthy Families, United Schools Network, and was recently appointed by Mayor Andrew Ginther to the Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio.
