David R. Bronstein is a seasoned and experienced trial attorney with a practice focusing on high exposure cases involving catastrophic loss. He typically handles matters and claims arising out of construction, products liability and commercial/personal transportation, representing general contractors, construction managers, owners, engineers and architects, subcontractors and construction material manufacturers and suppliers on both public and private projects. He is counsel of choice for an award winning, second-generation full service construction firm that has been proudly serving the Delaware Valley since 1962.
Mr. Bronstein has extensive insurance defense experience and has arbitrated hundreds of cases involving products liability, premises liability and motor vehicle liability claims, as well as tried many cases to verdict with favorable results. He also regularly sits as an arbitrator and handles cases for Philadelphia’s Volunteers for the Indigent Program (VIP). He has tried cases in the counties in Eastern Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and has argued appellate matters in the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Mr. Bronstein has also been retained as an arbitrator in several matters, and continues to work in that realm. Mr. Bronstein regularly presents seminars and lectures for clients and continuing legal education providers.
